Link’s Crossbow Training is a small-scale game bundled with the Wii Zapper as a kind of tech demo or training programme (in the same way that Wii Sports and Wii Play teach players how to use the Wii remotes). The Wii Zapper is just a shell that is designed to hold the Wii remote and nunchuk in a way that facilitates shooting at the screen. As such, the game is fully playable without the Zapper itself. My copy was pre-owned, and did not come with the Zapper. I haven’t started the game yet, but it’ll be in the queue until I can clear some more open games.
